Vision: Swapnadhara focus on the education of the people who are living under poverty line. Spreading education and skill development are the most important preconditions for attaining the goal of poverty alleviation in Bangladesh.

Mission: Education as basic needs, Swapnadhara focus on providing this essential to the people who are living bellow the poverty line. Now “Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala” is one of the important activity of it through which has been trying to educate the slum children at Duaripara, Mirpur, Pallabi, Dhaka-1216.

Sports pertains to any form of physical activity or game, often competitive and..

With a little amount of penny, we serve hygienic food for students every morning and free food serve in the tiffin time.

Students who learn about different cultures during their education feel more comfortable and safe with these differences later in life.

Technical within life-skills encompasses a practical approach. Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.

Education for the marginalized as well as underprivileged families' children

Swapnadahra has been activating its social activities past 18 years for underprivileged and marginalized families’ children for their formal education. Besides formal education, Swapnadhara has different types of curricular activities like Cultural Class, Special Days Observe, Math and Science Olympiad, ICT Computer School, Language Training, Handy-Craft Class, Sports Training, Food Distribution, Student Tiffin, Online Class Program, and Teachers Training. Even then, Swapnadhara's annual program activities are also held in different months. like, New Book Festival, Martyr Day Observe and Road Rally, Independence Day's Road Rally, National Mourn Day Observe, Victory Day Observe, and Swapnadhara's own annual programs.
Swapnadhara's mission and vision are to build every child self-educated and skills in a disciplined way to build a beautiful Bangladesh (Sonar Bangla).
For your kind remembering, Swapnadhara is a non-profitable charitable organization that has been working with poor, ultra-poor, underprivileged, and marginalized families' children for their education 365 days in every year over the past 18 years.

LEARNING AND EARNING PROGRAM

Swapnadhara Swing Class. Specially girls students are very much interested to learn swing. They learn first and then will make different types of Handy-Craft product like Nakshi Kantha, Jute Bag, Bad Sheet etc. Now they swing Nakshi Kantha, Bad Sheet.

CULTURAL PROGRAM:

Swapnadahra has been participating in different types of cultural programs in different kinds of organizations. And also Swapnadhara organizes its own cultural programs all over years.

COMPUTER CLASS

Computer (ICT) Class is ongoing program of Swapnadhara has started in 2014 with 40 students. It was possible with the help of the ‘Onnorokom Group’ giving Laptops and PCs

SCHOOL TIFFIN

Swapnadhara serves class tiffin with different types of food like Milk and Bread, Milk and Banana, Egg and Fruit, etc.

Swapnadhara is a non-profitable, non-government charitable organization. It is an educational organization, that organizing education for the marginalized and underprivileged families' children. It is cooperating and supporting in several ways to the students. During the COVID-19 pandemic period, Swapnadhara has given Relief to school students in three parts. Moreover, this organization makes such kind of a place where students can continue their studies and can never stop coming to school. We faced two dangerous problems last four years. One is ‘Duaripara Government Eviction Mission 2019 and the second one is the COVID-19 pandemic. By these two dangerous problems, Swapnadhara has lost almost 200 children. Swapnadhara is still moving on with the help and cooperation of the Patrons and well-wishers. Swapnadhara honors its Patrons and Well-wishers as they are the reservoir of the energy and the power of the Swapnadhara.

Next year 2024, we will be trying to admit not more than 400 students so that we can accommodate 20 students in every class.

Our Chess Coach, Mr. Farhadur Rahman Saba Bhai is receiving an honorarium for his best Chess Coach.
He has been trying harder from the beginning of his Coach activities so that he can achieve his dream come true. His hope is to become every Swapnadhara student a chess player and then he can find the best chess players among them, and by them, he can make the dream full-fill.
He personally wishes to see every student be social and disciplined.

Ashiqur Rahman and Raonak Rahman, now living in the USA. But their mind always remains in birthland. In some ways and others, they are connected with Bangladesh. The Chess Training activities started in Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala end of 2021 with the economic help and cooperation of the Agami Education Foundation. Since then, they have connected with Swapnadhara’s such activities through the chess coach Farhadur Rahman. They are working to take Swapnadhara chess players to such kind of a healthy platform that they can continue their chess practice. When they come to Bangladesh, they come to Swapnadhara for spending time and inspiring them. They came to Swapnadhara on 21 March second time and talked to Chess Player students and gave some suggestions to become a better student as well as a better chess player. The students listen to them attentively and promise them that this school will shine the name of Bangladesh in chess.
After then, they had lunch with them and gave some Iftar goods to nine rated chess players.

Teachers and students all can participate in the Weekend Sewing Class. A Tailor Master comes and takes the class. The class duration is one and a half hours.

DNCC WEEKLY MARKET

Swapnadhara Chayabrikkho is a ‘Learning and Earning Project’. ‘This project was participated in DNCC-Oikya holiday weekly market for two days to introduce to the people that Swapnadhara is an organization for underprivileged families’ children have been working for their formal education. ‘Nakshi Kantha’ is also a Handy-Craft project under the 'Learning and Earning Project'. Students come to work here for two or three hours a day to earn money to continue their education. And The products sell in different social markets, different social programs, and sell to its well-wishers. These products we sell at a minimum price. Our first job is to spread to the people about the activities of Swapnadhara that we are working with trust past 18 years.

Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala is such kind of a school where poor, ultra-poor families' children come for better education. Swapnadhara gives students a way to develop their future in a disciplined way to sustain their education. Now, Swapnadhara's dream is to make students smart for 'Smart Bangladesh'. For that, we are working with them in different ways to bring the dream into fact. Swapnadhara has started the ICT computer class after a great misery and pandemic. It has been possible with the great help and cooperation of our Patrons and Well-wishers. Due to the last disasters, a total of 16 Desktop Computers and Laptops have been damaged. Now Swapnadhara strongly stands on its feet. Swapnadhara will be on go confidently to full fill its dreams.
Now Swapnadhara has ten desktop computers providing computer education.

SWAPNADHARA COMPUTER SCHOOL

Swapnadhara Head Miss, Shagarika Das was invited by Bangladesh Radio (Betar) 'Ami Nari Ami Pari' Program to speak about the present situation of women in Bangladesh and the future goal of ‘Swapnadhara’.

AGAMI CHESS GUILD COURSE has inaugurated at Swapnadhara on Sunday, October 10-2021 by Mr. Samiron Gregorio from Agami Education Foundation Bangladesh. The CG Course is going on. The class duration is two hours a day, three days a week. 40 students are participating from 3 to 10 classes.

An achievement is the combined effort of many. Sometimes the joy is so great that it is hard to express. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for this day. SOHAG SWAPNADHARA FAMILY.

Every child is born with the infinity possible. But a large number of children used to hear the ‘No’ sound so much time from their family, school, and society as a result they become a negative perception. If those children grow up through a difficult situation, and so, it is very tough to acquire positivity in their mentality.
Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala has been trying harder to continue following the system. That trying of Swapnadhara was reflected in the Agami Education Foundation’s organizing fund-raising program. By getting a chance, every child can express their possibility of positivity. The view of Swapnadhara, ‘To grow up a child in a favorable condition of the recent-age into the friendly, valuably skilled-man in the quality full environment.” Such kinds of activities always inspired us. We are hoped that our students can show their best effort also in the future. The important thing is that they need cooperation.

Mr. Ashiqur Rahman went to them, asked them about their aim in life, about Chess so and so. He told them if you do good or better in chess game I will be funding you to continue chess.  He also helped a student with some money because she had no food in her family that day.

** Getting money, she went to bazar buys some food and rest of money she keeps for her some days tiffin. "She is a good Chess Player", maximum students specially girls have some social bonddages as well as some money crisises. Even so, they want to be a good in curricular activities besides education. But 18 years of Swapnadhara has been trying harder to full-fill their dreams come to true.

10 August 2021, SMEC has stood by financially for the second time besides Swapnadhara so that, Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala's marginalized families’ children get their better education. This organization relies entirely on grants. Swapnadhara always thinks that the Well-wishers and Patrons are the driving potency.

OUR DISTINGUISHED PATRONS

Swapnadhara’s Distinguished Patrons, Mr. Sanju Ahmed, and Miss Mahim Nishita came to Bangladesh on June 2021 from Australia. They are Australian citizens. The purpose of visiting Swapnadhara was for meeting with chess players, invited by Chess Coach Farhadur Rahman. They were chess players, they are fond of chess games, and also support chess players who are very much eager for chess. One of the great news is that Swapnadhara ICT Computer school was closed for three years due to Covid Pandemic and all our Laptops, and PCs had been damaged for not using them, Now, ICT Computer School has restarted on July, 2022 with their help. Till now, they have donated five new model PCs to continue ICT computer class. Even they went to the chess players’ homes for a courtesy visit.

Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala class five students participated in The Agami Science Fair Program with the project 'Waste Management for Agriculture and Making Energy'.

From this year 2023, Swapnadhara has decided to start an 'Arabic Class' in the primary section of the school. 5 days a week, the class will start at 7 O’clock and will be continued till 10:30 am. Within these hours, Arabic Teacher Mizanur Rahman will take four classes. The class has already started on February-01, 2023.
Our Patron and Well-wisher Miss Fatema Tuz Zohora is funding for it.

MORNING ARABIC CLASS

AGAMI CHESS GUILD COURSE 2021 has inaugurated at Swapnadhara on Sunday, October 10-2021 by Mr. Samiron Gregorio from Agami Education Foundation Bangladesh.

The CG Course is going on. The class duration is two hours a day, three days a week. 40 students are participating from 3 to 10 classes.

After a long period of the COVID-19 pandemic, Swapnadhara teachers went to a holiday tour in Jahangirnagar University at Savar, Dhaka invited by Shyama Bhatt and Jannatul Tithi misses to make us refresh.

Agami Chess Guild Fide Rated School Chess Tournament was held on 30th September 2023. The gathering of 145 school student players had a great atmosphere and the whole ground was  cumb and quiet before the starts of the tournament.
But there was a great buzz at the end among the present.
Out of 145 players, Fuhad Hasan a student of Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala (School) got 12th with 5 points in 7 games and became Champion in Big Group 'A' among upcoming Chess Guild schools.
Thank you very much to all those who have worked tirelessly to make this tournament successful.

Getting a surprise gift for becoming first-time a good chess player, she was so happy and also other three was same condition. All are very happy to get surprise-gifts from their Coach, Mr. Farhadur Rahman Saba Bhai.
Saba Bhai is trying harder to make them social and disciplined students by giving Chess coach.

Because of the crisis of funds for food, now we are serving school tiffin to Pathshala students twice a week. One-time egg or milk and second-time fruits. This way we are maintaining students' tiffin.
But we still hope that someday or other someone come forward to share with the 'Fund for Food' program and again we can continue to serve tiffin all week long.

Swapnadhara school students have been participating in different types of educational programs in different kinds of Organizations or National programs. In the same way, this year, students of different categories of classes participated in the National Environment Day in different categories.
These school students are showing in drawing the condition of our local environment.

Moner Khelaghor team came to Swapnadhara enjoyed the party singing songs, dancing with students. After the program, students celebrated the ending program having the lunch. All the things have arranged by Monerkhelaghor.

Today, School Secondary Certificate (SSC) 2023 examination has started. This year 2023, 13 students have participated in the exam. In the 17 years long way, this is the fifth batch SSC team, ten of thirteen students are in the Commerce group and three of them are in the Science Group. They have different types of stories. But their aim of the dream of life is the same. Our conviction and determination to them to go and bring the winner back as usual.

RAMADAN FESTIVAL
FOOD PROGRAM 2023

Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala gives weekly tiffin to students. The whole amount of the expenditure for this purpose this person arranges all. She has been doing this regularly since 2011 even she did not mistake even once. What only of it? During the Covid-19 pandemic ‘Hridoye Bangladesh’ and by especially this person’s cooperation Swapnadhara could distribute nine tons of food to the students. Not only students but also think about the school teachers. Some or more, she does try to help them in different ways. She has arranged one day of Ramzan month’s Iftar for 350 students and besides it, she has arranged much more gift items for school teachers. This cooperation is also by this person.
The person is Prof Doc, Nazmun Nahar. Deep-quiet in the core a Swapnadhara’s well-wisher. Silently, she has given all possible to Swapnadhara. Respected Mam will stay by the side of Swapnadhara definitely for a long time. This is the hope of Swapnadhara to her.

This time, Swapnadhara gourmand teachers did not go on tour for a refresh. They went to a restaurant to taste food the whole day long. Food taking started at 1 PM and ended at 4 PM.

Swapnadhara three to five classes students have participated in Agami's 'Life is Fun' project 'Annual Science Fair 2023' program. They have achieved 2nd prize.

Primary School one-day teacher training was held at Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala on Nov 11, 2023. Class began at 9 am and ended at 4 pm. Nadira Sultana Brinda Madam was the teacher trainer.

Science and Math Fair-2023 was held on Friday 25th November 2023 in Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala. The Fair was organized by The Teacher Training Program (Agami) and the participating team is Sohag Swapnadhara Pathshala class three students.

Swapnadhara Teacher Training Program for High School teachers was held on Saturday, November 25-2023 for one day. Class started as usual at 9 am and ended at 4 pm.
The object of this training program is to make himself ready and to repair all the qualities of teaching so that teachers can perform taking classes nicely like before.

The School's annual exam started on November 26, 2023, and will end on December 12, 2023. But the seriously tough time was to register every student's information to the government office for New Year class books through the Internet. It was annoying for us to collect all the data from their guardians due to our local society circumstances. We know our students' guardians most of them are day labourers. They do not have an environment to keep all documents safe and sound.
Anyway, It is Swapnadhara's society and we have been working with them past 18 years.
